Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, students, representatives and agents, from and against all liabilities, claims, actions, demands or expenses, including without limitation legal and accounting fees and any liability or expense arising from any and all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature, alleging or resulting from your use or misuse of this website or your breach of these terms and conditions.
Termination Rights; Discontinuation of Courses and Content.
You agree that Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd Site or your participation in it, for any reason or no reason, upon notice to you. Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd and the Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd Participants reserve the right at any time in their sole discretion to cancel, delay, reschedule or alter the format of any course offered through Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd, or to cease providing any part or all of the Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd Site content or related services, and you agree that neither Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd nor any of the Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd Participants will have any liability to you for such an action. If you no longer desire to participate in the Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd Site, you may terminate your participation at any time. The rights granted to you hereunder will terminate upon any termination of your right to use the Marriage Coach (Pty) Ltd Site, but the other provisions of the Agreements will survive any such termination.
